Thinking of going Slovenia this summer and was just wondering if any one has been and what type of time they had and is the country worth a visit. Does any one have any advice on best places to go, or can recommend any good Camp sites, potential of Wild Camping and which parts of the country to visit, or any other advice tips or hints would be welcome .

Just started to plan for trip to Slovenia this summer , good article in The MMM this month . The place looks well worth a visit , also going to spend four days at the Austrian Grand Prix .
My route is the ferry from hull to Rotterdam ,thro Holland , Germany Austria then into Slovenia . As I gather info I will post if you want .

Did it a few years ago, great little country. Wild camping is illegal but there are plenty of places you can hide yourself away. A drive down the Socca Valley is not to be missed "the road of a 100 hairpins" and they only count the real sharp ones. There are a few Aires but not many.
