Slight dampness in side flare

I have detected a slight dampness in the bottom of my space pod on my crafter. Obviously this is going to need resealed.
I was however wondering if there such a thing as a surround or rubber tape of some sort that would totally eleiminate the gap around the pod??

This is the bit stuck on to create enough room for a transverse bed?

What sealant does it have at the moment?
