Sites near torevieja

Can anyone recommend sites around torevieja, doesn't seem to be many around that area . Looking at going around may

Camping Florentilles. We went to have a look a couple of years ago and found it quite nice. If we were ever in the area, we'd give it a go. Sorry, can't tell you much else other than water was metered and we were surprised to see a notice in the window of the closed reception stating (in English only) that they wouldn't hesitate to use debt collection agencies to chase those who left without paying! Quite upset us actually. Call us green/naive/stupid if you will but we couldn't believe anybody would actually do that sort of thing!

Thanks for the reply , we have looked into that and my freind who lives there said the bus stop is quite away from site and on a dodgy road

Hardly surprising, its the crime capital of Spain. It used to have the highest murder rate per populous than anywhere else in Spain.
