<rantmode>Why, oh why, do sites offer WiFi and then when you try to log on it's absolutely unusable? If you can't actually do it, then why say you can?? Frustrating. </rantmode>

I expect they provide something modest for emails etc and then people expect to be able to browse and stream ad nauseam!

I agree it’s infuriating.

What I can say though is todays children and adults are vast consumers of data.

I used to get by on 40GB a month for 4 of us.

Now it’s 250GB minimum. :-(

Just used two sites in Spain one was so apologetic as their Wifi was being worked on but the engineers disconnected the old and left not connecting the NEW Fibre Wifi

The other a modest 100 pitch site where you could stream to your hearts content
