:Doh:Canterbury have shut one toilet and shower block Monday to Friday because they haven't managed to fill the hardstanding pitches during this winter. None of the promised renovations have been carried out and there are now only 2 couples running the site where there were 3 last year.However, there are price increases which will be implemented in January 2009.Have I got it wrong or have they?

Hi Jan

I suppose it is good business practice to cut back on staffing and the use of facilities if they are not being used due to lack of customers. On the other hand, falling standards and price increases, do not go hand in hand, and could be a recipe for disaster.

Glad to hear you had a trouble free journey and are settled in.:thumb:
The M25 isn't that bad is it.:Wink::Blush:
