Shower mixer replacement

Hi all, just looking to replace my shower mixer as it's leaking from the base, tried a new cartridge but still leaking. Does anybody know the possible manufacturers of this tap or were I would get a replacement, it's fitted to our new to us 2008 swift lifestyle.

Sorry for the late reply, many thanks for the help. I should have looked at the simple things first as it turned out to be the hose/shower head washer.
