No we love them. That's look great, you just can't beat these sites can you, thankyou
St Andre has changed it's layout as shown in the photo, still very nice, but MHs restricted to one area now. Whole area has been landscaped at large cost. Lovely stroll around lake and short walk to canal . We stop there often. Free hot showers at the small "port" in the nearby town.Youre doing very well at changing our holiday plans for next week
Camping is not good.Bretoncelles

The beach to the right after crossing footbridge ( turn right out of aire) is dog friendly.Where?
Cross the river and drive away from the town, i.e. passed the main aire being now on the left on the other side and you will find another small free aire with no services but a little slipway for canoes and small boats.Sable sur Sarthe, parking next to river with lots of amenities around and walk to town.

Sorry MichaelT but I didn't realise that you haven't quite got the hang of it. Most of us on forum know that what you do when you want to visit an Aire is to take your motorhome with you by road.I dont have a canoe or small boat![]()
Should have come and stayed outside our house. You could have had hookup!I ought to add, I m at Canterbury on a paying aire !
It's only because my Schengen time won't allow me in til Monday when normal free aires will continue.
