Hi all.
Following a electrical problem on site in Portugal my Sergent unit above the door is showing ' error- please reboot'.
I have looked in the instructions which have no mention whatsoever about rebooting.
We now have EHU, heating and hot water but the indicators etc aren't showing.
I've turned everything off, started the engine, turned that off and turned all back on but the reboot thing is still showing.
SO Ideas how to reboot please.
Thanks in Advance.
Cheers Nik

You can try manual reboot by unplugging the control panel it involves prising off the outer trim. That will reveal the screws holding the panel. Unscrew and pull panel forward, unplug the connector and leave off for a short time. Re-connect and see what happens.
Often a common cure for Sargent / Autotrail panels.
Remember to turn off the main Sargent unit before disconnecting. (y)

If you press and hold the Up and Down scroll arrows on the right it will take you into the programming mode. Might be an option in there?

I’ve just had this problem and I disconnected both leisure battery’s ( just the positive terminals) and the vehicle battery negative terminal, any terminals are good. I left it for about one hour, reconnected, problem solved, hope this helps.
