Hello All,

I've a problem with my roller blind. The slider is not moving left/right in/out as it should, hence the roller blind does not stay where it is put.

I've found the supplier of a kit to rebuild the sliding mechanism.

Here https://www.leisurespares.co.uk/?i=Search+Results&s=bg1089

and some instructions here on page 6 http://www.giordanobenicchi.it/camper/Seitz/repair_s4-sliding_window.pdf

Has anyone else had similar problems and did you use this kit ?

All help appreciated. Thanks

The kits doesn't include any plugs , which I damaged . And it is a lot for a few bits and pieces .

You can get the plugs out but you have to be very careful. I used a large leather needle

Thank you for both of your responses. Yes it's a lot of money for a few plastic bits.

I guess people don't have problems with their Seitz S4 windows. I'm surprised !

I've found complete blind cassettes with fittings for £43 plus post and vat which is not much more than the fittings kit. Probably a much better bet.
