Seatbelts sticking

Have a 2007 Nuevo and the seatbelts on the captains chair keep sticking and won't retract, have to pull them through from the bottom of the seat and then they are fine for a while and then stick again, assuming it's probably a build up of dust and grime in the mechanism but want to know if it's an easy job to do myself or one for the professionals. Happy to have a go myself if anyone has advice recommendations or whatever. TIA

Hubby had this issue, but with the car seatbelts, he said he sprayed silicone spray liberally over it, both sides, top and underneath.

Pull the seatbelts out as far as they will go. Spray some furniture polish, pledge or whatever, onto a duster or microfibre cloth and pull the seatbelt through the cloth as you retract it back in. Sorted.

Seatbelt Sue will fix it, had seatbelts sorted by them for my classic car. A phone call will provide useful advice on next steps.
