Another damp van, that the dealer says they will fix, this van had not been cleaned as it had just arrived, but OMG it was disgusting, a bowl of mouldy chips in the microwave,🤢still had dog food under the seat, Mattress was foul, just minging, toilet cassette was still full 🤢 I really can’t believe that people leave things in such a state, but even looking past the dirt, black mould on the wall, water marks on the fabric, oh and I tried the blind on the skylight and water came pouring out, and the trim fell down, all this for the bargain price of £26995. I am the only one that thinks that is expensive for a 14 yr old Van 😳
I’m getting the impression that a dry van is like trying to find the holy grail.

WE have had German vans for over 10 years never had a problem with damp. 2 Hymers and now a Burstner. What van is it?

Look at German van far less chance of damp in them. With your budget they are going to be older vans so you can still get damp on the underside of timber floors often behind the rear wheels if there are no mud flaps but that is easy to sort.

I would just walk away if they left it in that state can you imagine how they treated it while they still owned it. :tmi:

I have a dry one advertised in Classified. 20 years old. £15000 a nice van with a clean toilet. No dogs on board, unfortunately no microwave to put the chips in.
