Drove up to Seaham to have a couple of nights and meet up with our daughter and grandchild who are near Durham. About 10van’s here, plenty of space for cars, a quiet night no mess.
9:00 am sound of digging and cutting and new ‘No Overnight Parking’ signs appear.
We will be spending in excess of £50 today and, talking to fellow parkers, they all spent money on cafés, restaurants and pubs.
Looking at Seaham high street, the place is down on its arse, so clearly don’t need our filthy money. How effing depresssing!
