Screen cover for an A Class

We have just received a thermal cover for our Burstner A Class.

We ordered it from Minster (Polar Technology). We went for a black one and it also has a privacy mesh. Very happy with the quality and the fit

I was worried about fitting it, but it is a doddle.

We also have the Polar with the private mesh, but ours is silver. Part of the function is to reflect away the heat of the sun. Black will absorb the heat of the sun and transmit it to the van. I guess that is good in winter.

I wish that they had privacy mesh on the side windows as well as the windscreen. I think that would be easy to do.

I thought long and hard about the external finish, but given the internal face is silver, I reckoned it would still prevent too much heat being transferred in summer. In winter of course the black exterior will absorb winter sun rather than reflect...
