Hi,
Please can anyone reccomend a nice campsite near either Saundersfoot or Tenby that doesn't feel like it's some sort of caravan storage area!, beautiful area though not liking the sites

Andy

You could stay in a village called New Hedges which has a village shop and a pub etc and is about a mile from Tenby and a mile and half from Saundersfoot there is also a little cove some 15 mins away on the coastal path here are a few.

Wood Park and Well Park these are next to each other
Rowston Park opposite side of the road
Trevayne Farm top end of village

Try Wisemans Bridge.

Nothing special but great position, a good pub opposite and about a 15-20 min walk to Saundersfoot..

Trevane Farm if you book and get a sea front pitch.

We've stayed at Freshwater East, it wasn't far from Tenby and right on the coast

This is the one we stayed at 9 years ago, excellent place that seems even better now!!!,

We drove around Tenby until we recognised the road in and it's good to be back

Try Hillcroft 5 van site; it's a Caravan Club CL. BRILLIANT FACILITIES for such a small site.
5 min drive to Saundersfoot. Also there's a bus stop right outside the site for Tenby, Saundersfoot & Pembroke.
We can recommend it (y)(y)

Great spot if you have a dog, on the beach & in the pub.

Just checked prices, between £20 & £30 per night depending on time of year!

Am I becoming a bit of a miser? I think that's quite expensive.

Another vote for Hillcroft CL
