Satellite sound voiceover (1 Viewer)

On two or three channels, I am getting background voiceover - as if explaining to blind people what is happening on screen. Unlike subtitles for the deaf, I cannot find a way to turn the voiceover off. None of the buttons on either the Alden remote or the Avtex remote seem to be able.
Anyone had the problem ? And any solution ?

What make TV ? And is this at home or in motorhome ?

Thanks. Def nothing on either Satellite or Avtex TV remotes. Will have to scour the innards of the TV menu - and if that fails, a call to Avtex who I hear are very helpful.

Thanks all. Have switched off AD on the Avtex, but still getting overvoice from the Alden Sat box via HDMI. Trying to get an answer from Strasbourg, as nothing mentioned in the user guide.

If you have the option for different audio streams on a channel, the select a different stream... usually via a single button on the remote, or trawling through the menu system.

Or use a different "region" for the channel you are watching...which may not have AD available
