My Garmin 660 camper has started playing up. It shows the roads around and gives verbal directions but doesn't show the actual road your on .It also doesn't show the camper van picture.

Suggest a reset may solve the problem. Not sure of the procedure on the Garmin 660 but the instructions should tell you. My old nuvi occasionally "freezes" - just need to switch it off and back on.

here is useually a hole on them somewhere that you stick a paper clip or something similer in.

Will try that...it started to work again today coming back from Tenby but kept turning off so I had to keep resetting it....Will try reset and see how it goes.Thanks.

Ah, I know what the problem is ....









... you need to turn your cloaking device off ... you're in stealth mode!

If it keeps turning off while you are driving the USB lead may be working loose. We have a Garmin in the car that does this sometimes. A small blob of BluTack is our DIY remedy*.
