Sargent panel lights keep going out?

hi all any help appreciated I have an Autotrail scout 2015 and the Sargent panel over the door blue lights keep going off, the master panel is ok and all the readings are ok , I rang Sargent and they suggested it could be a number of things but try taking the external cover off and press the reset button, as I am not that good with “ electric/ electronic “ stuff can anyone advise cheers

Lol! Have you tried what Sargent advised. They design and build these devices.

No not yet hubby away on business so I thought I would post and hopefully ask you all incase that didn’t work, when he gets back

Well if it does not work, I would talk to Sargent again, they will know more than anyone on hete I would think

I guess they're thinking "Is it a hardware/wiring fault or a software glitch?". If 'reset' cures it, it's a software glitch.
