Sargent ec2000 flickering lights

Hi i have an 2005 autotrail with a sargent ec2000 electrical system . The problem i have is flickering 12 v lights when the charger is running, its a fairly fast flicker something like 25 to 50 htz so i presume its ac voltage getting through the charger/power supply unit . has anyone else had this problem thanks geoff
