My Son-in-law has just purchased this for his business 'Oakley Car Sales' https://www.oakleycarsales.co.uk/

Has anyone tried it in a motorhome ??? It might be of interest to some members.

I'd be a bit sceptical of how well it would work. The virus is generally reconned to be active longest in droplets on hard surfaces and not a big risk in air. This seems to be more likely to disinfect air than work on hard surfaces and I didn't see any claims of what effect it would have on hard surfaces or how quickly. I suspect it depends on how keen you are to disinfect well compared to encourage customers to feel safe. Maybe if someone is buying loads and they are in a motorhome permanently switched on they might have an effect but how long would you need to put them in a car to disinfect it if someone coughs in their hand then handles the steering wheel dash radio etc as presumably the salesman will be giving them the keys and leaving them to it they won't know.

Skimmed through that but by the sound of it if there was enough ozone to do anything to disinfect air it would likely be harmful so enough to disinfect a surface would be really dodgy!!!
I just trawled through a bunch of scientific papers on the subject. None directly apply but the general view I got was that it is great in aqueous solution but in air form not effective on anything other than very smooth surfaces. So in a motorhome it will kill on work surfaces but on any fabrics or real wood grains it would have zero effect.

There was also copious warnings about the effects on human and animal health.

Personally I would steer clear. Seems to be more of a gimmick to sell something sadly.

They do appear to be effective at removing many odours though, so for a motorhome dealership perhaps useful.

I don't think it's even as good as it looks the concentration in an aqueous solution to be effective will most likely not acheived by the amount produced in air. I think a little bleach solution in a small sprayer and a wipe will be a lot more effective.
