chilli recipe:-

what you will need:-
500g beef mince
2 large onions
3 oxo cubes
colemans/shwartz dry chilli mix
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can of red kidney beans
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
salt 'n' pepper
1 large glass of good red wine

brown 500g beef mice (not too lean as no flavour) with 2 large onions and sprinkle 3 beef oxo's over the top, drain off fat when meat browned off....get a chilli mix such as colemans or shwartz add required amount of water and add to meat, add 1 can of chopped tomatoes then add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon & a tablespoon of ground cumin & half a teaspoon of brown sugar, add 1 can of red kidney beans..& the most important ingredient is a large glass of good red..add salt 'n' pepper & leave it simmer for at least half an hour and if possible store overnight & use the next day as all the flavours release and its tastes even more fabulous...enjoy..sammx

Looks lovely Samm have
printed and filed in van, good idea to post recipes.

I haven't used the oven yet, I'm presuming you don't trust the thermostat.
