It's been a while since I posted on the forum or even visited the site. In December "Arthur" was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and sadly he died on 19th Februrary. We had bought our motorhome in preparation for his retirement at the end of this year. We had planned to spend next winter in Spain and then to travel about in Europe in the Spring/Summer.
I won't be able to use the motorhome myself as I am unable to drive it, even if I could drive it I don't think I could ever use it again, it was so much part of our plans for our retirement together. We had only used it a few times, it's only done 1,500 miles. I so very much wish he had retired earlier so we could have lived out our dream of travelling around Europe together.

Hello Polly,

What a sad tale to hear the your loss of Arthur.

December to February was so short. Not knowing much about the type of cancer, I guess it was quite aggressive. May I ask how old Arthur was (64)?. What did he retire from?.

What are your travel plans for the future if you cannot drive the motorhome Polly?.
