Roof light leak

First time use driving in the rain and noticed about 250 ml water had leaked through the bedroom roof light which via winder raises at the back.
Anyone any ideas what it might be?
Not had chance to get on the roof yet

Probably needs to be removed and rebeded
There is one skylight that leaks through the winder which needs a o ring fitting

Previously had a van that water was forced under the skylight lid driving in the rain. Installed a spoiler in front, which worked and had the added benefit of reducing wind noise

I bought a standard Fiamma one
