Ok I put on offer in for this Rohill, it was used for road shows. It has a built in generator, flip up side to make a roof and a drop down side behind the roof. Its mot ran out last year and it is SORN, however it is mechanically sound I believe. I have looked underneath and all is solid. It has had a respray 2-3 years ago. I offered £2500 and they have come back with £2750 and its mine, what do you all think. Pics below.

I can’t remember the age of the van from your previous posting but, it’s what your prepared to pay, if you think it’s worth it don’t lose it for the sake of £275. 👍🏻👍🏻
just make sure you test drive it and get a full mechanics report, if it’s been off the road a why all sorts of things start to go, such as brake pipes, rubber etc.

Obviously it will be over 3.5 tons so do you have the correct driving license?

A lot of van for the money never mind the gennie. Looks tidy but will never look like a motorhome.
I’d buy it at that money on the strength of the photos

One thing that has occurred to me is that as it already has some furniture fitted and it has been used as a business display vehicle, there will be little or no insulation suitable enough for living in so, it will mean that you will have to remove all the existing kit to insulate and re wall the insides.

If you're happy with the condition then that look like a great base vehicle for the money. What's the mileage?

Sounds like it's had as gentle a life as most motorhomes do!

The only thing I really notice from my MH not doing too many miles is the brakes need a quick overhaul every couple of years - making sure the sliding pins on the calipers are all free, making sure the seals are all OK, making sure the friction material on the pads is not coming away from the backing plates (yes, that has happened). Other than that, just normal stuff really - and that's for a 42k mile, 2006 van.

A Ducato not a Boxer but as I'm sure you're aware they are much the same (Citroen Relay as well), barring the engines in some cases - all come out of the same factory.
