Finally got my roamer lithium under seat battery from roamervans, 200ah battery which fits snuggly under the passengers seat. All installed now and tested ok. Will give it a fully trial next weekend.

Little Vlog on using the new Roamer battery for a week of grid. top part of UK with very little solar

I'm sure you've done lots of research so is it best to have 1 x 200ah or 2 x 100ah lithium batteries ?

Looking forward to hearing how you get on.

If you have the room i would go with two 100ah, if one fails then you can remove the failed one and still have power. I the end they are the same all they are internally are individual cells linked together so cannot see any performance difference between 1 X 200ah or 2 x 100 ah.
For me there was no choice, under seat units are 200ah

That's fine, providing you aren't planning on pulling (or pushing) any more current than any single battery can supply. If you had a 2kW invertor and one battery were to become slightly before it failed, the other battery would be doing all the lifting, which could be a dangerous situation.

Yes i though that would be obvious, i was just pointing out if you are away on hol's and one went down then you can disconnect this, not use you inverter and still have some power. Where as if you have my setup only one battery and half went wrong the whole lot will be of line till I replace it

Final part fitting a victron blue smart 12/10 charger allowing me to charge the lithium or starter battery on my Adria Twin and not using the EBL 211. Will post this on a separate thread VLOG
