How are you concluding that you have ‘reverse polarity’?

Is it an onboard indication?

It should still work even reversed.
Has the post tripped.
Try another post, that one may be faulty.

Is the hookup post a round blue socket or a Spanish 2-pin domestic socket?

Makes little difference in a modern motorhome, none at all if your mains sockets are unswitched.

Sorry but if you have no leccy how can you say the polarity is reversed?
Have you ever had leccy there?
As suggested try another outlet ?

OK sorted
The girl put the wrong plot number live at reception
I was 103 she activated 102 so basically no leccy

My unit in van was red on the racers polarity which through me

Anyway all sorted and thanks
