Returning from Jesolo (1 Viewer)

I'm traveling down to Italy via Calais lux Basel, lake Iseo ,Garda, Jesolo.

I am thinking of returning a different route. Would prefer toll free and safe for 8.2 metre tag axle van. Reason being my swiss vignette will have run out by return and fancy as change as I. Have returned that way before.

Any suggestions of routes stops laces to visit will be most welcome. Time frame 3 days 2 nights max

Leaving Jesolo Thursday am for eurotunnel 10.20 pm saturday really unsure of what rout to take still.

Any ideas would be really appreciated stop overs routes many thanks

That's a long way to go in a short time not using toll roads. If it was me I would go via Turin and Lyon but it's not toll free.

I did Garda to home in 2 days last year

Never done it, but just being nosey stuck it on google maps, all the options are France with one via Switzerland, I would have thought up through Austria then Germany looks good, but I have no idea on tolls etc for Austria Germany

its a bloody long way though whichever way

As you look at your map @DavidG58 I pretty much came down the right route option via Lux for cheap fuel. I already had time left on my Swiss Vignette so that's not much expense really for the great road. I got away easy with one Toll in Italy so far.

I did wonder about going Austria Germany but dont know a dot about that region etc or countrys
