I’ve just now returned from France on the 9.20 train and it was very quiet, only 2 motorhomes/campers waiting.
No extra checks and train left 5 minutes early.
Now for 14 days quarantine 🙁

Don’t leave home apparently the track and trace people are actually going to do something and check up on folks under quarantine or isolation

Arrived back on the 17:20 after a week in Germany. Toes didn’t touch Luxembourg, Belgium or France. Immigration just waved us through, no bother.
First trip to Germany.. absolutely loved the place. Sites were busy, but nice and chilled. Will deffo return.

We came back on the tunnel the early hours of Saturday morning, returning from Germany The train was full and we have never seen it do busy, didn't see many brit registrations though. We were waved through by French customs and were questioned by UK customs. They didn't ask about completing the gov form.

Waiting in queue now to board but the one before us has not boarded yet so ? Tom Tom said delay on approach but there was none so we were early. Did not get chance to go on the one before our booking. Booking was changed when we were in Germany to a later one as they are running fewer trains but place deserted when we arrived . Not that full now we are in the boarding area either! No checks at customs we were just asked if all lockers shut and had we stopped anywhere.. Germany was lovely and first trip abroad in new to us van went swimmingly !

i came back a few weeks ago, for my third lot of q14 - i was contacted by telephone but didnt get to my phone on time. they left an answerphone message saying they will contact me the following day, which they did. they went through a checklist of q&a, what i can and cant do. didnt hear from them again.

i do know of someone who couldnt be contacted for some reason, they tried 3 times and because they couldnt get in touch by telephone they visited them at their home address.
