Our 5ver is now 12 years old and although in cracking nick (due to plenty of elbow grease!) the dark grey vinyl swirls (see avatar) are starting to fade and "mist"
Rather than replacing or respraying, I'd first like to try and restore them but all the products I've found so far are U.S based and out of stock on both Amazon and ebay.

Has anyone had satisfactory results with a UK available product?

I had the same problem, The dark grey graphics on my van had faded. Thought I would try using some silicone spray. Did a test patch and it worked. I cleaned the surface and then applied the spray onto a clean cloth and worked it in in circles . Not a permanent solution but I do it when the van is cleaned. Try a test patch first and I take no responsibility if your graphics fall of:rolleyes:

A uv polish may well be the answer to protecting graphics.

it’s the next something I have to look into as most graphics have a life of approx 5 years before they start fading.

I cannot see much fading in our 19-year old graphics.

I have a different problem in that a have a thorn scratch through the graphics down to the powder-coating - any remedy for that other than new graphics?

No it looks like new graphics. Will you be able to match the ones you have ?

if not it could be case of going to a graphics / Sign makers and have them make them for you.
then a hair dryer to remove the old graphics . And Acetone to remove all the glue before reapplying your new ones.
