Im a newbie to motorhome construction and I’m looking to replace my Fiamma f45 awning with a Fiamma f45s as the old one has a few issues. Can I use the existing brackets on the motor home or will I have to replace them. All help and advice appreciated.

What’s wrong with your old one?

Should be a simple swap job. There is surprisingly little holding these things on.

Straight swap, I had to change mine a few years ago due wind damage, just undo 3 small screws at bottom edge and it swing out and uncoils from top.
Best check what’s wrong with the original as I find the ‘S’ version is nowhere near as good as the ‘ti’ version.

If you had there Zip version I have a full enclosure that has only been used twice that I would be happy to give away for £100 to go to a children's charity and pay for delivery, quite heavy.

When you buy new ,you will find new brackets in the Pack, but if your existing brackets are in good condition i would leave well alone and fasten to existing brackets.

We changed ours after wind damage
took a couple of hours 2 people 2 step ladders
Try John cross they did me a good deal including postage
