We own a 2008 Hymer Exsis i-572 A-Class motorhome built on a Ford Transit chassis and engine. We need to replace the windscreen wiper arms. Can anyone advise whether the arms are Hymer or Ford parts or help identify what I need to purchase?

Have a look see if you can find any part numbers on them they could be anything. I believe older Hymers used Volvo arms. Bet your life if you get them from Hymer they will be expensive.

Thanks Lenny, particularly with reference to Volvo, which I wouldn't have considered. You're right about Hymer prices!

When we had a Hymer B544 I got them from our local Volvo HGV centre and cost about £20. Still much cheaper than Hymer though.

Just go to a commercial vehicle factor and ask them for a match. Hymer will not be having their own made, off the shelf item for something else probably the base vehicle for an A class. They just add 150% to the price plus + plus.

On the B-klasse (A-class) motorhomes made between the late 90s and 2005 Hymer fitted three wiper assemblies (arms and blades) and these came from the Volvo FL (series 1) trucks. I still buy these Volvo blades from my local private HGV garage that services the van.
Not sure what Hymer fitted to the Exsis models but if yours has three wipers the Volvo option may be the one.
