Hi guys. I have a 1996 swift kontiki. The floor is a sandwich of thin plywood underneath, a core of insulation foam type material and a thicker ply on top. Some of the ply underneath has started to peel off the insulation. Any idea what adhesive I should use to stick it back? Once reattached should I spray it with underseal or is there a better product to protect it? Thanks for your help.

Epoxy resin to rebond the floor but if its been peeling for a while it will be dirty/wet and may not bond fully.
If it's debonded without splitting you need to drill a lot of holes in the ply and inject resin in between the ply outer and foam core then tap in tight fitting wooden towels.
Once done, position a jack under the floor and press the ply back to the foam.
Use 24hr epoxy and allow at least 24hrs to cure before removing the jack.

I would say soak it all with epoxy resin and then push it back in place. With a flat plate/sheet of ply etc covered with a plastic sheet, the plastic sheet should release from the floor.
