removing leisure battery

Hi can anyone tell me if there is a easy way to remove leisure battery under swivel seats in fiat ducati it seems such a big task

I would say unbolt the swivel base from the sub frame.

Usually only 4 screws.

The other way involves a gas axe or a 7 inch grinder!

On ours we only have to remove the (passenger) seat, not the base - 4 bolts using an Allen Key.

x4 bolts on my seat, no need to remove swivel base.

slide seat fully forward.

undo two bolts, one inside each seat runner at the very back..

slide seat fully rearwards.
undo two bolts, one on each seat runner on the front face of the seat box.

rear bolts are usually a torx head, front may be hexagon or torx head.

lift off seat....its heavy.
