As title describes, our current Burstner Argos 748 has a full size dometic cooker.
In our opinion, the grill/oven are useless and take up a lot of space and just rattle and rattle etc.
Just back from a tour around S-France, Switzerland, Lux and Belgium, in the hot weather we always cooked outside mainly to keep the inside of the van running the AC cool enough to get away from the heat.
In this weather, the 3 way fridge did as well as can be expected, on gas with vent fans fitted but loading very warm beer cans in killed it.
I considering removing the oven and fitting just a hob with storage below it and even fitting a small compressor fridge as we generally have EHU abroad and this would be used mainly for drinks and ice blocks.
Has anyone done this? If so was it easy, especially as the oven is in the middle of the kitchen units so getting something that matches or is different enough to look OK.
