Removal of the bin on an Autotrail habitation door

Hello all
We are trying to remove the bin from our Motorhome habitation door. I have taken the bin off without a problem but cannot seem to remove the lid section. I have tried to depress the small protruding sections in the holes, which move quite easily, but that does not seem to be releasing anything else, such as the ‘pins’ securing the lid to the door?

Hi Kim and Phil, you need to put the lid in hot water or warm it by other means then prise it out of the clips on the lid. Gentle as you go.
Also note the lid stops the pins from being removed so with the lid down and warmed up gently prise upward.
