Good afternoon I fitted a new windup mechanism to my roof light this was purchased from leasurespairs and all went well and quite easy to fit following the supplier instructions.
After fitting I found that the small spring (which isn’t included in the kit) was found to be weak. It does work but could feel in the future. I contacted leisure spares to see if they could supply a new spring and was going to send me a new windup mechanism repair kit free of charge. As I explained this spring is not included. They suggested contacting Remis which I did but no reply.
Can anyone help where I can purchase one.
