Hi, this isn't a major issue but is it possible to separate the 2 skins of the Remis skylight to remove dead flies? We don't have any other problems with the skylight so don't want to touch it unless it's an easy fix.

Thanks

How are the flies getting in to a sealed unit?

I don't know how they got in There's a small plug (ventilation??) missing in one side, but I can't see why the flies would want to get in

They trying to get out!
They just crawl around the sky light and go through the hole thinking it's the way to freedom.

You could possibly remove the other bung and get the strongest hoover you have and with a bit of shacking to get them lined up you might be able to suck them out.
Then either get new bungs for the holes or some clear awning repair tape to seal them again.
