Recommendation's for LTF Kits to re enter the uk to take with us!

We are booked to go away soon and will need the Lateral flow test to then be able to re enter the uk (as it currently stands) 1st week of January. Looking for people that have actually used one of the many online companies that now supply the pre departure and day 2 test. Because we return on a weekend it will need to be a company that doesn't just work Mon-Fri although i have no idea how the certificate part works ie manual or automated.

Anyway if you have any good experiences please let me know

We used Screen4 for our PCR tests on return from Lanzarote this week. They also do the LFT tests for return from France which they despatch the following day - they are £25 each. Results returned via e-mail so easily accessible on your phone.

I have used Chronomics and Simplytest me both have worked well and had no problems at all with the tests, delivery or speed of results.

Maybe I am missing something about the requirements. I got free LFT packs from the local pharmacy. Free for now anyway because the goverment will stop free LFTs next year. So I have stocked up.

I am afraid they don't count as they have to be from an approved government private company

Yes you are, you didnt pay for them.

When we went to Belgium/ France in August, we used https://www.c19testing.co.uk/ for our return to UK tests. They were delivered before we left, and each had a serial number.
We performed the tests in our MH late in the evening of the August Bank holiday Sunday. We wrote the serial number on the LFT and photographed the negative test, alongside our passports, and emailed the photo. We received a Pass certificate within an hour!
