Our shower tray has at some point in the past had Speedcote applied, it's not leaking or cracked, but it is now tired and yellow looking.

Can anyone recommend a paint to refresh it .. ?

Done the usually Googling but advice for someone who has done it would be good

You could ask Speedcoat they may be helpful.
I would expect a two pack Epoxy paint would work.

If it has just yellowed and is otherwise OK it would be worth trying a GRP restorer on it.

Reminds me of yours ago in my Army basic training. Big inspection, ancient discoloured full height urinals. One bright spark painted them a bright gloss white. Looked great, the noble officer walked round on his inspection tour then burst out laughing when he entered the toilets. The regular flush had cut through the paint at the top filling up a bulging skin of paint. He continued to chuckle as he left, not so the RSM.

I've emailed Speedcote but expect it will be next week before Dave replies..

Marine paint may be the way to go .. but will wait for a reply before going ahead
