Neither of us are much cop at cooking but we bought the strangely titled Pinch of Nom recipe book from Amazon. Its only £9 with 'free' Prime delivery.

The book contains 100 'slimming' recipes which have, so far, been easy to prepare.

The picture is of Philly cheesesteak, basically fried strips of steak with pepper, mushrooms and onion mixed with cream cheese and put in a ciabatta roll, very nice.

I rarely bother with recipes just adlib most of the time, Both daughters for dinner last night they were so impressed they asked for the recipe. What recipe?
It was 3 types of fish with Spicy Chorizo & mushrooms baked in a cheese sauce, topped with new potatoes.
