Rear view camera want (1 Viewer)

Looking to fit some kind of basic rear view camera to our Hymer van.
It does have a great parking camera with runs though the large Mercedes MBUX screen but turns it's self off when in forward motion.
However the van has no rear view mirror, the additional sleeping compartment pods protrude slightly on the side of the van and when the bike rack is fitted with 4 bikes I have no sight of it at all.
I would like a camera that reassures me all is well and that could be linked to my phone screen.
Any ideas or recommendations ?

How difficult would it be to run a permanent supply to it, so its on all the time not just in reverse?

Apparently it's not possible on the new van, the screen is part of the MBUX system.

Unless, of course, you fitted an extra camera and cable, with a rear-view mirror mounted monitor?
