I've spent a lot of time today on the van, I did a full damp check and all good apart from just by the toilet on one side the reading was 27% and in one place under a window the highest reading was 38% I am going to check the seal around the window and check the toilet compartment ,but for a 13 year old van I'm happy with that.
After that I checked the battery and it was not charging, so a quick check on the consumer unit and I thought I ought to check the RCD ,as it has been off all winter, it tripped out fine but would not reset whatever I did it was FUBAR'd, luckily they had one at my local B&Q so I got that and replaced it. All good now, thankfully it didn't happen when away on site. Now still a problem with the battery charger, I traced that to the plug come loose
. So all in all a good day on the van, tomorrow or the next day, no point rushing at the moment we are not going anywhere anytime soon, I will service all the other equipment and have it ready to go when we are allowed.
