Did anybody see them at the Lincoln show, a good idea in theory I think for a small van like ours, saves carrying a topper and a quilt separate.

£120 so not cheap mind.

Anybody used one?

Paul.

Yes, we have one which I used to use in the last van. Fixed bed in the new one so it lives in the spare room at the moment.

Very good - but don't pay full price if you can help it

Thanks David.

Have you found them cheaper anywhere. £240 for 2 is a lot of money.

Paul.

Yes we both have them and change the enclosed duvets for for different tog ratings according to the seasons - Brilliant

Thanks, yes I see they come with a quilt already for £120 but its only a summer one.

Is yours the raskelf one for £120 or a different make?

Paul.

Yes ours are Raskelf, can't remember how much we paid .... bought them at one of the shows some years ago.
If really hot weather we use them with no duvets but we also have heavy rated ones for the frosty nights and they are so cosy.
They are not cheap but ours seem to be lasting so the cost is over the period is not too bad.

The Duvalay is one of the best things I've bought for my 'van so far. I went for the thickest one and it's so much better than the mattress topper + travel duvet that I got from Dunelm Mill.

duvalay, the best thing I have bought for my van.sheer pleasure slipping under the hugefitted duvet. I even have one on my bed at home.

Standard price for Duvalay is £99.99 delivered on Amazon so £120 sounds a bit steep!

You can specify either the summer or winter weight duvet. We have 2 Duvalays, two summer duvets & one winter. In winter, we put the two summer weight duvets in one Duvalay with the winter weight one in the other. No real difference between them.

Bought for the previous van where we had to make the bed up each night, but retained for the current fixed bed because they are brilliant!

Not too difficult to make your own, of course, if you have the time & necessary skills, but if you need to roll it away each morning & store it, the real key to the Duvalay is the thin but high quality memory foam used.
