Can anyone tell me where is the best/quickest place to get the hinges for my Rapido 8094DF.
And has anyone else had issues. I noticed the door getting stiff while in Spain, but didnt think anything of it, till it snapped at an Aire coming back through France.
The body side are rivetted on, and door side torx by the looks of it, seems easy enough to fit if I can get hold of the right ones.

And on another note, is it normal for the door not to be able to open all the way, its a bit of a squeeze doesnt seem to open fully.

Sorry I cannot help with the hinge. The door you are referring to does not open very wide on our Rapido so that sounds normal.

It looks identical to the door hinge on my roller team Pegaso which snapped as well. Ordered a new one from Dicksons of Perth who ordered in 3 at the same time for stock, so they may still have some stock, but they aren’t cheap, think it was about £30

i could give you the measurements of the ones on a Roller Team tomorrow if you want

Is it a Rapido door or a base vehicle door with Rapido graphics?

Thanks everyone for info here, quick update that may help future Rapido 8094 owners with same door hinge problem.
I ordered the hinge in the end from Brownhils, part numbers on the attached image, but for the reason of google serach they are
R2102D
WIP23402
R2057285-00-329
£49.00 (I know lol) with a 5 week lead time, it came in 10 days,. And yes they are the same as GMak57 kindly measured in a prev post, for £30.00 form Perth.

When I removed the old hinge, the bottom and top were so difficult to spin, it chewed up using mole grips, and took and age to try and get off so dont know if a design fault or even if the top hinge will go the same way ?. Anyway.....

Drill out the old rivets with a 4mm drill, and removed the torx screws on the door side of the hinge. Be careful at this point as the torx go into sliding plates in the door recess, and it is easier of you undo the knuckle joint of the gas strut with a 14mm spanner for the top nut and a 12mm one ....a thin one for the bottom part. This allows the door to be opened properly so you can get at the torx screws.

After this its easy enough but having to use something thin to wedge the torx screw sliding holding plates in the correct place to align the holes. re Rivet the hinge back on and done in 20 mins.

Dont lose the tiny black hinge washers that come in the hinges bag on your black cab carpet or you'll be looking for 10 minutes to find them like I did ;)
