Makes me realise how lucky we were when our clutch went while in Spain.
We were recommended a small back street garage by the campsite owners whom we have known for many years, otherwise would not have chosen that particular one. The service from them was faultless.
We did have trouble with our breakdown recovery as we were to high for a flat bed and to long for a raised front end tow. Seven breakdown trucks and 3 days and the problem was resolved.
I feel for these people and understand how stressful and worrying this would have been for them. Our breakdown is through comfort insurance which use an AA affiliated company abroad.
