It possibly froze and is now jammed. We had similar with a pump in the tank. When I had sussed out that it needed a bit of a knock to get it going it had run dry for long enough to overheat. New pump time.

Check the fuse too.

Not working as in not starting or as in working but no water flow?

Thanks how much for new pump?
Don’t know about yours. Ours was in tank and about £30. But first things first.
Is there power to it?
Does it try to run or just dead.?
If power, does the body get warm? If so it is probably jammed.

You don't have to fit exactly the same pump but it helps to match with existing connections, mounting points and space available.
A replacement will be up to £100.
Take the name and or model number from it and search with Google or look on m/home parts suppliers' websites.
E.g. here:

This is where you need a cheap test meter to check if there's any voltage at the pump. Have you checked the fuse as previously advised?

Pump started working now just taking an age to get water through hopefully just air in the system ( touch wood)

Is the boiler dump valve open?

If your pump is a ShurfloTrailKing, (American Made) and the motor runs just fine then it OK to replace the Pump unit part for much less than complete new one. £43 from Leisureshopdirect. Just check which PSI it has when ordering. Dead easy to replace as the pump unit comes with all the bits to put back on to the motor. Had to replace mine a couple of months back due to lack of flow and as good as new now.

Think that the problem working put not powerful enough to pull water through

Not to hi-jack this thread, but I wondered if anybody knows which water pump Hymer fit to their MH’s?

Why not put on a new thread "Hymer Water Pump”? you might get more responses
