Pull out, lift up bed (2 Viewers)

Not in a self build but I’ve taken my rock and roll bed out of my van and now have a bit of a bodge job!
I was looking at something like this. I am presuming a special machine cuts out these grooves? Does anyone know what machine does this?

I'd stick that on our laser cutter.

I'm sure you could hinge it. If you don't have a CNC or a laser cutter that your best option I would of thought. There's lots of YouTube videos showing 'camper van pull out slat beds' being made.
