Hello
I have the above charger unit with matching control unit.
All seems to work fine but occasionally, usually in the middle of the night, the alarm beeps on the control unit and flashes up the message that the vehicle battery is low. It indicates it's down to about 11 volts. I don't use the vehicle battery for the hab side so it's the hab batteries that are being used for the van services.
The vehicle battery is relatively young so I don't believe there's a fault with that. When I switch over to use the vehicle battery for hab services, after the alarm sounds, I get an immediate reading of 13 plus volts for that battery. The van is used mostly on ehu and that's when I get the problem, which also manifests itself when on solar too.
Any idea what may be amiss?
As far as I'm aware the vehicle battery isn't used for anything when we're on site and in the vehicle
Thanks for your attention
