We are travelling to Europoort on P&O Ferries in August. Has anyone used this service recently and if so did with the Dutch authorities check for fresh producE?
When we went to France via the tunnel in May there were no checks at all.
I appreciate we should not do it but I refuse to accept that our food is any more dangerous now than it was before we left the European Union.

Traveled on that route in May and all we had were passport checks by a very pleasant customs officer.

No checks at all when we travelled over in mid May. Just wanted to know how long we were staying
