Can anyone confirm this is an Osprey ?

I'm pretty sure it is. The pattern under the wings looks spot on, pale closest to the body then a dark strip (suggesting an adult) before the spotty bits at the end of the wing, aka the coverts. There's also the dark eye stripe. Can't make out much from the tail but it looks about right too. The long fish-grabbing talons are a bit of a giveaway.
