Plymouth parking

Have been informed by Brittany Ferries that the clockwork on Pont Aven will no longer reach Portsmouth and now leaves from Plymouth. In case we arrive early is there anywhere to park to look at the city or Hoe?

There's a big car park at the terminal, a few pounds a day. I have left my campervan there for few days. No height restrictions.
